Abstract
The 2022's second edition of Indonesian Law Journal Volume 15 has been published. The discussion topic of this edition is Dynamics and Development of Investment Law in The Digital Age. This edition presents 3 (three) articles and a book review from authors with various backgrounds. Please enjoy reading as we hope these article in our Journal are beneficial and constructive towards the development of national law.

Kristianus Jimy Pratama, Law Faculty, Gadjah Mada University
Kristianus Jimy Pratama, S.H., M.H., completed his undergraduate education at the Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, Sriwijaya University and postgraduate education at the Masters Program in Business and Constitutional Law, Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University. The author is currently active as a researcher at Center for Law, Technology, RegTech & LegalTech Studies Univesitas Gadjah Mada. The author has independent research articles, including those entitled “Konsepsi Reformulasi Hierarki PUU di Indonesia” in Jurnal Arena Hukum (Vol.15 No.2, Agustus 2022) and “Kepastian Hukum Atas Konsep Kepentingan Umum Dalam Tahapan Perolehan Tanah Oleh Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara” in Jurnal Pertanahan (Vol.12 No.1, Juli 2022). Dr. Tatu Aditya, S.H.,MH, The author holds a Bachelor of Law (S1) education from Tarumanagara University, Master of Law Education (S2) from Padjadjaran University and Doctor of Law (S3) from Brawijaya University. The author is a prosecutor who has served in various places in the jurisdictions of West Sumatra, Banten, North Maluku, the Attorney General’s Legal Bureau, the Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes, and was also assigned to the National Counterterrorism Agency and at PT Pertamina (Persero) at the time writing this essay.

Cahyoko Edi Tando, M.A.P. is from Sampit-Central Kalimantan Province, an alumnus of Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta in 2021 in the Public Administration study program. He is currently working as a lecturer at the Polytechnic of Correctional Sciences, Community Guidance Study Program, BPSDM Law and Human Rights, active in Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Involvement of the author in managing the journal and attending scientific meetings in the field of lecturers held by other universities. In addition, activeness in terms of writing scientific articles to deepen analysis and critical thinking and disseminate research results.
Muhammad Arief Adillah, Immigration Polytechnic
(Dr. Cand) Muhammad Arief Adillah, S.Sos., M.A.P. is from Medan-North Sumatra Province. He completed his education at the University of Medan Area with a Master's program in Public Administration in 2020. He is pursuing his education at S3 IPDN Batch VIII in the Government Science study program. Currently also listed as a lecturer at the Immigration Polytechnic, BPSDM Law and Human Rights. Active in Higher Education Tri Dharma activities, making him one of the lecturers who can be reckoned with at the national level.
